M Speak - May 2007

M is improving and refining her speech at an astronomical rate compared to what she was babbling in Jan/Feb 2007 and Mar/Apr 2007. She tries to repeat everything we say and she is putting several words together into sentences.

Here's a sample of what she's spewing out in May 2007:

baby get ah froo = baby get through (she likes to squeeze herself through tight spaces)
baby gin ah a-jay juice = baby drinking orange juice (she can't say the "d" sound for drink)
baby graw ah sum-ming = baby draw(ing) something
baby ree ah mag-zee = baby is reading a magazine
baby sit ah carpet = baby sit(ting) on the carpet
baby sit ah floor = baby sit(ting) on the floor
baby use ah green for = baby is using a green fork
baby walk ah floor = baby walk(ing) on the floor
bah-deh = spider
baff-tub = bathtub (she hasn't quite gotten that "th" sound)
banana = banana (she's starting to say the "bah" sound in banana now)

mommy geh ah out uh seat belt = mommy get me out of highchair (she calls anything that straps her in a "seat belt" cuz it's similar to the seat belt in the car)
